ABOUT ME
G'day - I am Thui, a 1year 8 month old black boy from Australia that flew in on the 27th of June. I am about 32 kg, that would be approx. 70 lbs. I am a confident, affectionate and a very physical dog, that can be quite pushy in my interactions and will jump up for pats and cuddles whenever I feel like it. Despite my boisterous nature, I am very sweet with people and not afraid to squeeze myself into tight spaces to get to where you are. I can be very pushy and pawsy meeting other dogs. I need to learn social boundaries with other greyhounds and k-9's as well. My prey drive is pretty strong and I need to have a strong hand leading me. If I was to be placed with another dog, it would have to be a "strong confident and social savvy dog" that can hold firm boundaries to manage my level of intensity, because I am still a puppy.
I do settle down and display calmer, more appropriate behavior once the "meeting new dog" wears off.
Doors and gates - I can be very forceful, so a watchful eye and hand will be required. Oh boy I have lots to learn !! Will you teach me ?
I absolutely love the pool! I will lay right in it and relax on a hot day or not so hot.

I am very playful and love nothing more than to be by your side. I am very physical and affectionate, love ear scratches and happily push my way through other dogs to get to you. You can call me an attention Hog! I walk phenomenal on a leash. I am crate trained and whine a bit at first, but settle down right away. I get along with other greyhounds and other larger breeds. G'Day - My name is Archie and I am from the Land Down Under! I am a 2.5 year old Black male coming in at about 74 lbs. I will arrive from Australia on August 29th of this year.
I am quite a firecracker they said!! I am not sure what they are talking about, but I love my toys!!! I had real big beef with one Plush toy (it resembled a small dog with floppy ears brown in color), I kept bouncing on the toy and biting it, they had to remove it from me. Not small dog friendly. I also would not be good around submissive dogs, because I am a bit pushy. I can be a little physical with other dogs , I like to rub against them or walk into them. I am very dog oriented and try to get them to run with me. I love toys !! The rope toy was my favorite, specially when we played tug of war! Walking on lead - hold on, I am a strong young guy and I pull a tad! More about me to come soon.

G'Day ! I am Alaska and I am from the Land Down Under! I am 3 Year 8 month old Red Fawn female coming in at about 61 lbs. I will arrive from Australia on August 29th of 2026.
They say, I am a firecracker! Because I love my toys, especially the squeaky ones! I destroy them!! But this can be used to get me to recall for training, since I love them and pay attention to them. I am very easy stimulated, and run around you and spin around ( zoomies ). I am a confident girl, but also a bit clumsy. I love sqeaky toys so much, they had to be removed when I got tired, because I will not stop playing with them. I need a harness, because I am an escape artist out of my collar , especially when another dog comes around and I am on lead. I will walk backwards and lunge to greet them. I am just so excited !! ( But that is why we recommend a harness on her! ) .

G'Day ! I am Agatha, a 4.5 year old brindle female from Australia. I am about 28 kilos, that is about 60 lbs and I am flying in on the 29th of August.
I was told I am a very sweet, pretty and personable little greyhound with gentle, introverted nature. While I can be a bit tense or anxious at times, I am still lovely and I enjoy human company and have a playful, energetic side.
I am full of character and often checking back with you during walks even, just to make sure you're enjoying yourself as well. I am very easy to handle on walks as well.
I also enjoy spending time with people. I get excited when I meet other dogs, but also listen to what you have to say. More about me to come soon.
